The Lowline Hotel Offers a Distinctive Charleston Experience

Located on King Street, The Lowline Hotel places guests within walking distance of Charleston’s renowned restaurants, boutiques, galleries, cocktail bars and historic attractions. Designed as a neighbourhood-inspired lifestyle hotel, the property reflects the city’s unique character while offering modern comforts for today’s travellers.

Highline Hospitality Partners Managing Partner Chuck Pomerantz said every aspect of The Lowline Hotel was thoughtfully designed to create an authentic Charleston experience for leisure travellers, celebrations and weekend getaways.

Design Inspired by Charleston’s Maritime Heritage

Designed by Ealain Studio, The Lowline Hotel draws inspiration from Charleston’s maritime history, coastal landscapes and historic architecture. Rich navy colours, warm oak finishes, handcrafted details and sculptural elements create interiors that reflect both the city’s heritage and contemporary lifestyle.

Guest rooms feature custom-designed headboards inspired by native sandhill cranes, marble beverage cabinets and residential-style interiors designed to provide a comfortable and elegant stay.

Dining, Events and Lifestyle Amenities

The Hotel offers several dining and social venues, including Leeward Restaurant and Patio, Lowline Spirited Coffee & Provisions, Pour Taproom and The Long Game at Leeward, a private entertainment space featuring a golf simulator and event facilities.

The property also includes Sterling Hall, offering nearly 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space for weddings, corporate functions and social gatherings.

Additional amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and valet parking, making The Lowline Hotel a comprehensive lifestyle destination for visitors to Charleston.
