Delta Pauses New York–Tel Aviv Flights Amid Regional Conflict
Delta Air Lines has suspended its flights between New York–JFK and Tel Aviv (TLV) in response to the ongoing conflict in the region.
The airline has cancelled flights from New York–JFK to Tel Aviv through March 2, and return flights from Tel Aviv to New York–JFK through March 3.
In a 10:15 a.m. update, Delta confirmed that services to Tel Aviv from New York–JFK are paused through March 1 as the situation continues to evolve.
Passengers affected by cancellations will receive notifications via the Delta mobile app and through the contact details listed in their reservations as updates are processed in the airline’s system.
Delta has also issued a travel waiver for customers booked on flights to or from Tel Aviv between February 28 and March 5. The waiver allows travellers to modify their plans without standard change fees, subject to applicable terms.
Customers are advised to check their flight status or review rebooking options through the Delta app or at delta.com before travelling.

The airline stated that it continues to monitor the security environment and will adjust operations in line with official guidance and intelligence assessments. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
