Delta Earns No. 10 Position on Forbes’ Most Trusted Companies in America List
Delta Air Lines has been ranked No. 10 on Forbes’ second annual Most Trusted Companies in America list, recognizing 300 companies across the country for performance in trust-related categories.

Delta CEO Ed Bastian acknowledged the ranking, noting that the airline’s focus on care, service, and community engagement continues to shape its identity as it marks 100 years in operation. He highlighted the contributions of Delta’s employees, who play a central role in building the company’s brand trust.
In its centennial year, Delta has received several industry recognitions. These include a No. 11 position on Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies list, Cirium’s Platinum Award for operational performance, and a No. 2 ranking on Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025 list. Delta was also included in Forbes’ Best Employers by State list, with top placements in Georgia, Michigan, and Utah.
How Forbes Evaluated the Rankings
Forbes’ Most Trusted Companies in America list assesses more than 50 metrics across six categories: employee sentiment, customer sentiment, financial performance, business trajectory, media perception, and workforce stability.
To qualify, companies must be headquartered in the United States and employ at least 10,000 domestic workers. Public agencies, schools, and nonprofits were not included.
Multiple partners, including Glassdoor, HundredX, Crunchbase, SignalAI, People Data Labs, and Forbes provided data. Scores from each category were standardized and benchmarked by industry, resulting in the final overall ranking, where Delta placed No. 10.
