APPOINTMENT
Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla has announced the appointment of Shyam Singh as its new Chief Engineer.
Shyam Singh brings over two decades of experience in hospitality engineering, with expertise in operations, maintenance, compliance management, energy optimisation and project execution. He has held senior engineering roles at renowned properties including Holiday Inn Gurugram NH-8, Holiday Inn Agra, Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar New Delhi, Crowne Plaza Okhla and Crowne Plaza Gurgaon.
His experience includes leading pre-opening operations, refurbishment projects, plant restoration and energy audits, along with implementing green building standards. Shyam has overseen key certifications and audits such as Fire NOC, IGBC Green Building Certification, FSSAI, BSS and ISO 22000 compliance, alongside energy conservation initiatives.
