Conrad Bengaluru Appoints Dhruva Parate as Director of Sales

Conrad Bengaluru has appointed Dhruva Parate as Director of Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership team.

Dhruva Parate brings over a decade of experience across consumer brands and luxury hospitality, with expertise in corporate sales, market expansion and strategic partnerships. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, he has spent the last seven years with Marriott International, managing national accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple properties.

He has also worked with The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, gaining experience across sales and hotel operations.

In his new role, Dhruva will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, focusing on client relationships, market expansion and revenue growth, supporting the property’s overall commercial performance.
