The development is planned across approximately 5 acres and is expected to include 400-500 residential units. The project will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed to meet the needs of both investors and end users seeking coastal living options.

The residences will be branded under the “Residences by CityBlue” platform, reflecting the group’s approach to managing hospitality-led residential developments across Africa.
