APPOINTMENT
Park Hyatt Hyderabad has appointed Manish Suthar as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Suthar brings over a decade of progressive HR experience within the luxury hospitality sector. His professional focus spans people operations, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement, with exposure to managing HR processes in large hotel and convention environments. He is known for a structured, people-centric approach to human resources management.
Prior to joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Suthar served as Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre. In this role, he supported HR operations for a workforce of over 300 employees and worked closely with the Director of Human Resources to align HR initiatives with business requirements. His responsibilities included recruitment for operational and managerial roles, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition.
Earlier in his career, Suthar held HR roles with IHCL (Taj Group) across several properties, including Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Taj Lake Palace, Taj West End, and Tajview, Agra. This experience provided him with exposure to both heritage palace hotels and large urban properties, along with familiarity in areas such as luxury service standards, union liaison, audits, and pre-opening operations.
In his new role at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Suthar will support the Human Resources function across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. His appointment aligns with the hotel’s focus on building engaged teams and maintaining consistent people practices in support of its hospitality operations.
