Each phase of the journey focuses on traditional recipes, established cooking techniques, and ingredients selected to reflect the cuisine’s origins. The menu includes a mix of familiar and classic dishes such as Hargao crystal dim sums, Shio Ramen, Chicken in Mala Sauce, and Buddha’s Special Vegetables, allowing guests to sample a range of styles and tastes across the two cuisines.
