American Airlines Offers AAdvantage Members Early Access to FIFA World Cup 26 Tickets
American Airlines and FIFA World Cup 26 are allowing AAdvantage members to redeem miles for match tickets. Starting October 13, members can access tickets based on their status level:
Oct. 13 — Executive Platinum and ConciergeKey members
Oct. 14 — Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Pro members
Oct. 15 — All AAdvantage members

Scott Long, Senior Vice President of AAdvantage, said: “As the Official North American Airline Supplier of FIFA World Cup 26, American is providing our AAdvantage members early access to match tickets. This partnership allows us to offer meaningful experiences to our loyal customers as we approach American’s centennial year.”
American Airlines is partnering with Qatar Airways, the official global airline partner of FIFA, to offer access, engagement opportunities, and additional benefits for fans during the tournament. The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be held across 16 cities in Canada, Mexico, and the United States, featuring 48 teams competing for the championship.
