Teleport and Ground Team Red Commit to Integrity in Air Logistics
Teleport, the logistics division of Capital A, and Ground Team Red (GTR), the ground handling service provider for AirAsia, have committed to maintaining integrity and rejecting all forms of corruption in their air logistics operations. This pledge was made during an Anti-Corruption Awareness Programme and Corruption-Free Pledge Ceremony, which was co-organized with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in Putrajaya.
MACC officer SAC Tuan Westmoreland Anak Ajom delivered a keynote talk on anti-corruption, highlighting the importance of educating individuals and organizations on the consequences of corruption, promoting ethical behavior, and fostering inter-agency collaboration. The session covered types of corruption, red flags, local and international laws, corporate liability, internal policies, reporting mechanisms, and whistle-blower protection.
A moderated dialogue followed with SAC Tuan Westmoreland, Teleport CEO Pete Chareonwongsak, and GTR CEO Musdalifa bin Abdullah, discussing how individuals can mitigate risks, promote integrity, and ensure compliance.
“At Teleport, integrity guides our decisions. Our three-year Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP), aligned with the National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP), ensures these principles are applied across our regional operations. We maintain 100% anti-bribery attestation among employees annually, supported by ongoing regional programs,” said Pete Chareonwongsak, CEO of Teleport.
“Integrity is the foundation of safety and trust. At GTR, every action reflects accountability. Supported by governance frameworks from AirAsia Berhad and SATS, we are strengthening internal controls, awareness, and reporting mechanisms to ensure integrity across all stations,” said Musdalifa bin Abdullah, CEO of Ground Team Red.

The event concluded with both CEOs signing the Corruption-Free Pledge, witnessed by senior MACC officers and leadership teams. The pledge formalizes Teleport and GTR’s commitment to a corruption-free ecosystem, which supports the safe and reliable movement of goods and Malaysia’s trade and e-commerce sectors.
