AirAsia MOVE Adds Air Macau as Direct Airline Partner
With its Portuguese heritage and European influences, Macau offers a unique travel experience. AirAsia MOVE has partnered with Air Macau, making the airline a direct partner on the MOVE platform. The partnership expands travel options across destinations in Macau, Greater China, and Asia, while also supporting Macau’s target of welcoming 39 million visitors in 2025.
To mark the collaboration, MOVE users can book flights with Air Macau from Kuala Lumpur to Macau through the MOVE app, starting at RM470. Promotional fares are available until 12 September 2025 for travel between 1 September 2025 and 7 February 2026.

Nadia Omer, Chief Executive Officer of MOVE, stated, “Macau is a destination that truly offers unforgettable experiences with its mix of culture, gastronomy, entertainment, and heritage. Having Air Macau on the MOVE platform as a direct airline partner enables us to offer travellers not just convenience, but the chance to explore this incredible city at the best value. We are excited to make Macau more accessible to our users while contributing to the city’s tourism goals.”
Howard Zhu, General Manager, Kuala Lumpur of Air Macau, said, “We are delighted to partner with MOVE to connect more travellers from Malaysia and Asean, as well as beyond to Macau, while making it easier than ever for visitors to plan their trip all in one app.
In addition to Air Macau, MOVE partners directly with over 70 international airlines, including Royal Brunei Airlines, Air Mauritius, and Etihad. The platform also provides access to about 700 other airlines through authorised suppliers. Beyond flights, MOVE users can select from more than a million hotels worldwide and access travel services such as airport transfers, duty-free shopping, travel insurance, and other ancillary products.
