The Leela Palace Udaipur has announced three new key appointments, further strengthening its internal leadership team.
Abhishek Sharma- Appointed as Rooms Division Manager
Abhishek holds extensive experience across The Leela Palace Bengaluru and The Leela Hyderabad. He is skilled in pre-opening strategy, operational excellence, and guest experience management.
Chef Nishad Sebastian- Appointed as Executive Chef
Chef Nishad is bringing with him over 15 years of culinary experience across globally renowned hospitality brands. His journey with The Leela began at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, where he served as Executive Sous Chef and played a pivotal role in leading culinary operations, curating dining experiences, and mentoring young talent.
Virat Adwani- Appointed as Director of Finance
Virat brings with him over 12 years of financial leadership experience across Taj properties in Udaipur, Agra, New Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur. He holds a Company Secretary qualification with an MBA in Strategic Finance. Virat holds expertise in strategic planning, cost optimization, and regulatory acumen.
