Absolute Hotel Services Middle East & Africa (AHS MEA) has entered into a management agreement with EGYGAB Developments for the operation of a hotel and branded residences within the Masaya project, a resort destination located in Sidi Abdelrahman on Egypt’s North Coast.

Under the agreement, AHS MEA will manage a 108-key hotel, 82 branded residences, and 7 branded luxury villas, making Masaya the first fully integrated resort on the North Coast to be managed entirely under the U Hotels brand. U Hotels, a lifestyle brand under the AHS umbrella, is recognized for its design-focused approach and adaptable service model.

Spanning approximately 30 acres (126,000 square meters), Masaya is developed by EGYGAB with a focus on privacy, natural vistas, and tiered elevation, ensuring that most units enjoy unobstructed sea views. Construction of the resort is already 80% complete.

This partnership brings AHS’s international hospitality expertise, developed across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, to Egypt’s growing resort market. As part of the agreement, U Hotels will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, guest services, and residential hospitality standards within the Masaya resort.

The collaboration reflects a mutual vision to deliver elevated, community-oriented living experiences that blend hospitality with sustainability.

This strategic alliance also marks the beginning of a broader cooperation between AHS MEA and EGYGAB, with discussions underway for future developments in Cairo and other key Egyptian locations.

With the addition of Masaya, AHS continues to expand its global presence, now managing over 69,000 rooms worldwide and reinforcing its position as a reliable hospitality partner in emerging markets.
