Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), managed by Accor, have announced the appointment of Harshit Tamrakar as the new People & Culture Manager.

Harshit Tamrakar has been appointed as the People & Culture Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre.
Harshit brings over seven years of experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, having worked with leading brands including Marriott International and Accor. Prior to this role, he served as People & Culture Manager at Novotel Pune, where he played a key role in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and HR operations.
Known for his expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development, Harshit brings a strategic and people-centric approach to his new role. He is recognised for fostering positive workplace cultures and aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
An advocate of continuous learning and employee empowerment, Harshit is committed to building high-performing teams and nurturing talent through inclusive and growth-driven environments.
