Accor And Uber Introduce Global Loyalty Partnership

Accor and Uber have announced a multi-market loyalty partnership that connects hospitality, mobility, and delivery services across their platforms.

The collaboration links the hotel group’s ALL loyalty programme with Uber’s ride-hailing and delivery ecosystem, enabling members to integrate travel and everyday services into a single connected experience.

Accor Loyalty Partnership With Uber Expands Member Benefits

The partnership introduces account linking between ALL Accor and Uber, enabling members to earn loyalty points through Uber rides and Uber Eats orders. These points can be redeemed within the Accor ecosystem, including hotel stays, dining, and experiences.

The rollout will begin in selected markets during the second half of the year. Uber and Uber Eats services will be included in France, Germany, and Poland, while ride-based benefits will also be available in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco.

Alix Boulnois said the collaboration supports Accor’s strategy to extend its loyalty ecosystem beyond hotel stays into everyday activities.

Madhu Kannan noted that the partnership connects travel and daily services, offering members added convenience across journeys.

Key features of the partnership include integrated access to Uber services via the hotel group’s platform, the ability to earn points on mobility and delivery transactions, and reciprocal membership benefits, such as status upgrades and trial access to Uber One.

The collaboration is designed to provide a more connected experience across travel, commuting, and dining, linking hotel stays with everyday mobility and food delivery services.
