Minor Hotels Appoints Aditya Saluja as Commercial Director – mSpa & Wellness

Minor Hotels has appointed Aditya Saluja as Commercial Director – mSpa & Wellness, as part of its strategy to strengthen its global wellness portfolio and enhance spa and wellness offerings across its properties.

Saluja brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the luxury wellness hospitality sector. In his new role, he will lead the commercial strategy for mSpa & Wellness, with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and reinforcing the brand’s position in integrated wellness experiences.

He joins Minor Hotels from The Farm at San Benito, where he led commercial strategy and played a key role in the property’s integration into the Marriott Autograph Collection, contributing to international expansion and digital growth. Prior to this, he was associated with Six Senses Vana in India, where he supported business expansion across European and Middle Eastern markets.

Saluja began his career at Ananda in the Himalayas, where he developed his foundational expertise in wellness and contributed to growth across multiple business segments.

Known for his tech-forward approach, he advocates the use of AI-driven tools to enhance performance, personalization, and revenue outcomes, reflecting a focus on innovation and measurable impact.
