APPOINTMENT
JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Chef Mohammad Amir Qureshi to Spice Terrace as the new Sous Chef.

Chef Amir brings 14 years of culinary experience, having worked across renowned hotels and specialty restaurants across India and the Middle East. He has served as Sous Chef at Marriott Navi Mumbai, contributing to pre-opening kitchen operations and menu development, and as Junior Sous Chef at Indian Zone Restaurant in Makkah, Saudi Arabia,
Chef Amir has extensive expertise in curating Indian cuisine and tandoor specialties.
In his new role as Sous Chef at JW Marriott Bengaluru, Chef Amir will focus on reviving traditional recipes, refining regional techniques that showcase Indian specialty at Spice Terrace Restaurant.
