APPOINTMENT
Toscano Restaurant has announced the appointment of Dinesh Parshad Bhatt as its new Cluster Chef.

Chef Dinesh brings extensive international and domestic culinary experience spanning across luxury hotels, fine- dining restaurants, and high-volume culinary operations.
He holds extensive expertise in Modern Indian cuisine, Indian curries and tandoor, Italian fine dining, molecular gastronomy, American
cuisine, tapas bar concepts, banquets, formal sit-down dinners, outdoor catering, and multi-ethnic buffets.
Prior to joining Toscano, Chef Bhatt served as Chef de Cuisine at Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa, and as Head Chef at Patang Re-Evolve Restaurant, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where he led contemporary culinary concepts.
His international experience includes key roles at Black Spoon Restaurant, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Sous Chef) and several TDIC properties in Abu Dhabi, including Caramel Restaurant and Lounge (Senior CDP and Junior Sous Chef), BOA Steakhouse (Senior CDP), and Fanr by TDIC, Saadiyat Island (CDP).
In his role as Cluster Chef, he will oversee pre-opening restaurant operations, kitchen setup and maintenance coordination, central kitchen
production, supplier management, menu engineering with food costing, staff training, and audit compliance.
