Four Seasons Resorts Scottsdale Appoints New General Manager

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, Arizona has announced the appointment of Jerome Arribas as its new General Manager.

Jerome brings more than two decades of global luxury hospitality leadership and operational experience to his role, having worked with renowned Four Seasons hotels around the world including Four Seasons Bahamas, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street and Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail.

His portfolio also includes leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Seychelles; Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, and the former Four Seasons Resort Exuma at Emerald Bay.

Jerome holds extensive expertise in mentoring high-performing teams, financial acumen, resort operations, seasonal management and elevating guest experiences.

This appointment marks his tenth Four Seasons assignment. In his new role at the Scottsdale property, he will be overseeing all hotel operations (rooms, F&B, spa, events), driving financial performance, nurturing community relations, and developing talent across all sections.
