APPOINTMENT

Roberto Zizi has been appointed as Italian Chef de Cuisine at Oliveto, the Italian dining venue at The St. Regis Goa Resort.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and overall dining experience at the restaurant.
Chef Zizi brings experience gained from working with international hotel brands across multiple destinations. A native of Italy’s island of Sardinia, he will focus on traditional Italian cooking while using seasonal and fresh ingredients in his menus at Oliveto.
