APPOINTMENT
Four Points by Sheraton Pune has announced the appointment of Chef Saroj Kumar Sah as the new Executive Chef.

Chef Saroj brings over two decades of culinary expertise and leadership to the role, having worked with renowned hospitality brands including Grand Hyatt Goa, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Park Regis Goa, Le Méridien Nagpur, and P&O Cruises.
He has spearheaded several initiatives such as themed buffet nights, outdoor catering services, and standardized recipe systems, ensuring consistency and elevated experiences for guests.
He has also been recognized with certifications and accolades including “Employee of the Month” in his career.
In his new role as Executive Chef, Chef Saroj will be overseeing daily culinary operations, creating menus, controlling costs, ensuring food quality, and training the culinary team to deliver elevated guest experiences.
