Pankaj Manjrekar appointed as Human Resources Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Andheri West

APPOINTMENT

Pankaj Manjrekar has been appointed as the new Human Resources Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West.

Bringing 17 years of experience in hospitality HR, he has previously worked with respected brands including The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Trident Hotels and Marriott International. His core strengths span talent engagement, organisational culture and supporting hotel operations through strategic people practices.

In his new role, Manjrekar will lead HR operations with a focus on recruitment, associate development, performance frameworks and people-centric initiatives. He will also contribute to strengthening the hotel’s workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with long-term business goals.
