APPOINTMENT
Newbond Holdings has announced the appointment of Anjali Agarwal as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
Anjali brings with her a 25-year long experience spanning across hospitality, real estate investment, operations, and strategic leadership.
Before joining Newbond Holdings, Anjali served as Senior Vice President at Starwood Capital Group, where she oversaw a nationwide portfolio of hotels and resorts.
Her extensive background also includes her role as COO at AutoCamp, where she guided strategic direction and operational growth. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Chartres Lodging Group, during which she executed multiple realized exits totaling more than 6,000 keys.
Her contributions to the hospitality and real estate sectors have earned her industry-wide recognition, including being named a “40 Under 40” Dealmaker by M&A Advisor and one of Asian Hospitality’s “51 Most Influential Women of Color in Hospitality.”
