Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has announced two new leadership appointments, further strengthening its internal team.
Arun Vats- Appointed as Executive Chef

Arun brings over 22 years of culinary excellence, with a global career spanning India, the Middle East, and international destinations. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur, Chef Arun began his journey with ITC Hotels at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata.
He has worked with renowned brands including The Oberoi Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels and Hard Rock International. His international exposure includes stints on Carnival Cruise Lines (M/S Valor, Miami, USA) and Holland America Cruise Lines (M/S Westerdam), as well as in Oman and Seychelles. Most recently, he served as Director of Culinary for Accor Group at Novotel Dona Sylvia Resort Goa and Mercure Devaaya Resort, Goa.
Chef Arun specializes in Indian, French, Italian, Thai, Brazilian, and Arabic cuisines.
Nileshwary Sharma- Appointed as Director of Finance & Business Support

Nileshwary brings over 13 years of experience in financial leadership across the hospitality and corporate sectors. A Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2012) and Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Nileshwari has worked with organizations including R.K. Jha and Associates, Sarupria Somani & Associates, Flicker Projects- Foods & Hospitality, and Alka Group of Hotels (Hotel Lakend, Jaisamand Island Resort & Ginger by Taj).
Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, she held the position of Director of Finance at Ananta Hotels & Resorts.
