APPOINTMENT

Chef Pankaj Rawat has been appointed as the Executive Sous Chef at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi.
This appointment reflects the hotel’s continued focus on strengthening its culinary team and enhancing its dining offerings. With more than 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Chef Pankaj has worked across several well-known brands, gaining expertise in kitchen operations, menu development, and team leadership. His career includes leading high-performing culinary teams, introducing innovative menu concepts, and maintaining consistent operational standards in busy, large-format hotel kitchens.
In his new role, Chef Pankaj will support the overall culinary strategy of the hotel, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, and contribute to menu planning across its dining venues. He will also play a key role in mentoring junior chefs and ensuring that service quality and food consistency align with the hotel’s expectations.
