Anantara Hua Hin Resort Unveils Refreshed Design Ahead of 25th Anniversary
Anantara Hua Hin Resort, which introduced the Anantara brand in 2001, has undergone extensive renovations in preparation for its 25th anniversary. Designed in the style of a traditional Thai village, the resort retains its signature character while enhancing its facilities to meet contemporary preferences and uphold the brand’s commitment to Thai hospitality.
Leisure, wellness and recreation
The resort has updated its main pool area, featuring improved lounging spaces and modern landscaping. There is now a dedicated lagoon pool and bar for adults. Additionally, the Club Lounge has been relocated and redesigned, blending contemporary elements with warm, inviting accents.
The Active Zone has been upgraded and extended outdoors, adding recreational and CrossFit equipment. Guests can enjoy an expanded list of activities, including pickleball, paddleball, tennis, rock climbing, cycling, and Muay Thai boxing in a dedicated ring.
A new Kids’ Club offers multiple learning and play zones across both indoor and outdoor areas, including a reading nook, a PlayStation section, a play kitchen, and a treehouse with a slide.
The newly introduced Mini Farm allows guests to interact with animals, including silky chickens, fish, pygmy goats, and peacocks, alongside a variety of plants. This interactive space encourages hands-on learning and exploration for families.
The resort has also extended its seafrontage to maintain direct access to the beachfront.
Rooms and suites
All 171 rooms and suites have been renovated, with new categories created to promote indoor-outdoor living and maximise views.
Garden View Rooms, the largest category with 45 units, offer 32 square metres of space with light-toned interiors and hardwood floors. Ground-floor rooms feature terraces, while upper-level rooms include shaded balconies. Newly introduced Pool Access Rooms provide direct entry to a shared pool.
Deluxe categories offer larger balconies and terraces with garden or sea views. The new 128-square-metre Two-Bedroom Family Suites include two ensuite bathrooms, while the Two-Bedroom Family Pool Suites include the addition of a full-sized private pool. Select rooms are designed to accommodate pets, featuring space for four-legged companions and access to a shaded outdoor playground.
Restaurants and bars
The resort’s beachside restaurant has reopened as Sea. Fire. Salt., a new lunch and dinner venue specialising in Himalayan salt brick cooking, where dishes are prepared on heated salt blocks to create distinctive flavour profiles. The venue includes a formal dining area on the ground level and a relaxed terrace on the upper deck.
Rim Nam, the resort’s Thai restaurant, has undergone a renovation to offer a refreshed dining experience, while Issara Café continues to serve breakfast in a contemporary setting. Together, these updated venues provide a range of dining options throughout the day.
