APPOINTMENT

Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall has announced the appointment of Satpreet Singh as the Associate Director of Sales.
He brings with him over a decade of experience in hospitality sales, revenue management, and client relationship development across multiple well-known hotel brands.
Satpreet has previously worked in senior sales roles with properties including Trinity Hotel Whitefield (formerly Fortune Hotel), Aloft Whitefield, Lemon Tree Whitefield, The Waverly Hotel and Residences, Hyatt Centric, Miraya Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. In his most recent assignment at Trinity Hotel Whitefield, he served as Associate Director of Sales – Unit Head (Pre-opening), where he worked towards strengthening market penetration and improving ADR for competitive positioning.

With a leadership approach focused on performance and structured sales planning, Singh has handled responsibilities related to team building, business development, and guest-oriented sales strategies.
Sharing his thoughts on taking up the new role, he said,
