APPOINTMENT
Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex has announced the appointment of Fadi Batmani as the new Complex Director of Human Resources (HR).
Fadi brings with him over 11 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has been an integral part of Rotana Hotels since joining as a TAROT in 2014. (Management Trainee Program of Rotana).
Throughout his journey with Rotana, Fadi has held several key HR leadership positions across multiple properties. Most recently, he served as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Centro Capital, Sedra Arjaan, and Sedra Residences by Rotana in Doha, where he played an important role in strengthening people development initiatives.
Known for his passion for people engagement, talent growth, and organizational culture, Fadi has been instrumental in fostering environments that empower teams and enhance operational performance.
Fadi holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The Hashemite University in Jordan.
