Wynn Al Marjan Island Announces First Two Restaurants Ahead of 2027 Opening
Wynn Al Marjan Island, the $5.1 billion integrated resort under development in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the first two of its 22 planned restaurants and lounges: a French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and a Middle East outpost of Delilah, the supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas. Both will open with the resort in Spring 2027.

The Alain Ducasse steakhouse will span two floors and 1,820 square meters, offering a blend of American steakhouse classics and French culinary influences. Dishes such as Duck Foie Gras Brioche, Cheese Soufflé, and tableside-carved steaks will feature alongside theatrical desserts like flambéed Baked Alaska.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer, said, “Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been conceptualized by Wynn Design & Development to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they’ve simply never experienced before,” Lenahan said. “That extends of course to the restaurant spaces we are designing for the esteemed chefs who are joining us. Whether it’s the ultimate in opulence or refinement, or perhaps imbued with a splash of whimsy, our desire is to entertain the guest’s eye with unique, unforgettable details while they’re savoring an unforgettable meal.”
Delilah, located on the resort’s first floor and totaling 2,060 square meters, will combine dining and live entertainment in a setting inspired by iconic supper clubs of the 1950s. The venue will serve signature dishes including Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders from its Las Vegas counterpart, alongside new creations using regional ingredients. A curated cocktail and wine program will complement the menu.
The restaurants are designed by Wynn Design and Development, led by Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer, and reflect Wynn’s approach to creating detailed and immersive guest experiences.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, developed in partnership with The h.wood Group for Delilah, is set to become one of the region’s major hospitality destinations when it opens in 2027.

Seasoned Chef Alain Ducasse, said, “I’m very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region. The culinary experience we’ll create will radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair.”

“Wynn has been an invaluable partner to The h.wood Group, and we’re thrilled to introduce Delilah to the Middle East for the very first time,” said Brian Toll and John Terzian, Co-Founders of The h.wood Group. “Delilah is a truly special concept that offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience and an unmatched standard of luxury dining—one we are confident Wynn will help us bring to life once again as it expands to Al Marjan Island.”
