Hilton Expands Florida Keys Presence with New Resort Conversion

Hilton Key West Resort & Marina Opens Reservations from July 2026

Hilton has announced the signing and upcoming conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina into Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, expanding its presence in the Florida Keys.

Located on Stock Island, on the eastern edge of Key West, the waterfront property is now accepting reservations for stays from 1 July 2026. The resort is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and will be managed by Hilton.

The conversion will bring the property into the Hilton Hotels & Resorts portfolio while retaining its waterfront setting and marina facilities. The resort will feature 175 guestrooms, including 86 suites, with each room offering a private furnished balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the marina, or the surrounding tropical landscape.

Guests will have access to a range of dining options, including Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen, which will serve island-inspired cuisine, and Ocean’s Edge Café, which will offer coffee, breakfast items, and grab-and-go options. Poolside food and beverage service, as well as in-room dining, will also be available.

The resort will include several leisure facilities, such as multiple saltwater swimming pools, a fitness centre, and outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling, and yoga sessions.

Its location provides access to the Florida Keys’ marine environment and outdoor attractions, while a complimentary shuttle service connects guests to Key West’s restaurants, cultural sites, and entertainment districts.

For meetings and events, the resort will offer indoor and outdoor venues, including a boardroom and an outdoor patio suitable for corporate gatherings, social events and private functions.

The property also features a full-service marina, catering to visitors arriving by boat and those seeking water-based activities during their stay.

Hilton said the resort will undergo a series of enhancements as it joins the brand portfolio, with a focus on improving guest facilities while maintaining the destination’s character.

Guests staying at the Key West Resort property will also be able to access benefits through the Hilton Honors loyalty programme, including member rates, points redemption options and digital services available through the Hilton mobile application.

Reservations for Hilton Key West Resort & Marina are now open for stays beginning 1 July 2026.
