APPOINTMENT
The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has announced the appointment of Shadi Attar as Director of Sales & Distribution.
Shadi Attar brings close to two decades of hospitality experience across IHG, Accor, Marriott, and Swissôtel. Since joining the hotel, he has already played a key role in shaping its commercial strategy.
His initiatives have boosted corporate and MICE bookings, while reinforcing partnerships across the hotel’s top feeder markets.
In his first three months, he has overseen a realignment of the market mix, prioritising premium corporate accounts, luxury leisure partnerships, and strategic distribution channels.
He has also introduced targeted training sessions to elevate his sales team’s performance, enhancing conversion rates and improving response times for key accounts.
