Vandana Joshi Appointed as New Rooms Division Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim

APPOINTMENT

Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim has announced the appointment of Vandana Joshi as the hotel’s new Rooms Division Manager.

Vandana started her hospitality career at Hyatt Regency Bengaluru and progressed to pre-open Hyatt Amritsar and Hyatt Pune. She holds over 17 years of diverse experience in hospitality operations.

Her core expertise lies in Rooms Management & Operations, having worked across properties like ‘The Lodhi’, before starting her Marriott journey at Courtyard Chennai and later contributing to the pre-opening of Navi Mumbai as a Rooms Trainer.

Vandana has been with associated with Marriott International in South Asia since a decade. She most recently served as Assistant Manager Operations – South Asia, where she played a key role in multiple regional initiatives including sustainability and loyalty programmes for both Managed and Franchise properties.

In her new role at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim, Vandana will utilise her knowledge of Rooms and Operations to elevate service quality, streamline processes, and create memorable guest journeys. She also aims to strengthen associate engagement by cultivating a people-first culture.
