APPOINTMENT
Ambria has announced the appointment of Chef Pritam Panwar as Corporate Chef & Culinary Alchemist.

In this role, he will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and culinary innovation across outlets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s food philosophy and standards.
Chef Pritam Panwar brings with him extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has previously worked with several renowned brands, including The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), where he held the position of Head Chef.
Before that, he served as Executive Sous Chef at an Italian fine dining restaurant in Chandigarh and held a leadership role at Courtyard by Marriott in Amritsar, overseeing multiple outlets and banquet operations.
His earlier experience includes roles at Indore Marriott Hotel and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson in both Gurgaon and Delhi, where he was involved in continental cuisine and banquet kitchen operations.
He began his career with internships at Radisson Blu Marina in Connaught Place and Country Inn & Suites, gaining foundational experience in kitchen management.
In his new position, Chef Pritam will be responsible for defining and executing the culinary vision of the company, driving consistency across the kitchens, and introducing contemporary menu strategies to support the brand’s evolving culinary offerings.
