Wynn Al Marjan Island Reaches Key Construction Milestones

Wynn Resorts, Limited has provided an update on the progress of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort set to open in the United Arab Emirates. The 305-meter tower is nearing its full height, with topping-out expected in late November 2025, ahead of the planned spring 2027 opening. The tower has now reached the 70th floor, with roof deck work underway. Exterior construction is advancing, with 19,206 of 26,247 façade panels installed, representing 73% completion.

Across the resort’s low-rise structures, concrete and steel work is 97% complete. Exterior façades, interior fit-out, and elevator and escalator installations are progressing steadily.

Wynn Al Marjan Island will include 1,530 rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates. Structural work is complete for 1,526 accommodations (99.7%), and interior fit-out is in progress for 1,504 rooms (98%). Mechanical, electrical, and finishing work continues across the property.

The resort recently introduced Coral Court, an Events & Celebrations Centre. The 7,700-square-meter venue includes a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting rooms, private salons for the bride and groom, prayer rooms, and an event lawn overlooking the Arabian Sea. The design emphasizes natural light and open spaces to create a flexible environment for weddings, galas, and gatherings.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has also shared details of its dining and entertainment portfolio. The resort will feature 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, including a French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse, Delilah from Wynn Las Vegas, and venues from The h.wood Group. The resort’s design is led by President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan, combining dining experiences with curated interior design.

The property spans over 60 hectares and will include 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates. Guests will have access to 22 dining venues, a beach club, spa and wellness facilities, a shopping parterre, Coral Court, The Showroom theatre, 12 pools, a 420-meter white-sand beach, and a deep-water marina for yachts.
