World Travel & Tourism Council welcomes Collette as global member
Collette joins WTTC network to support travel sector development
The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) has welcomed Collette as a Global Member, expanding its network of organisations engaged in developing the Travel & Tourism sector.
Headquartered in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Collette is a North America-based tour operator with operations dating back to 1918. The company offers more than 170 tours across seven continents, covering a range of travel styles such as small group journeys and river cruises. As a family-owned business, it focuses on structured itineraries, flexible pacing, and travel protection options designed around customer needs.
Collette operates across North America, Australia and Canada, connecting travellers with destinations worldwide. Its itineraries are designed to encourage engagement with local communities, contributing to regional economies and supporting cultural exchange.

Gloria Guevara, President and CEO of WTTC, said Collette joins at a time when travellers are increasingly looking for more meaningful experiences. She noted that the company’s approach to customer engagement, community connection, and responsible tourism aligns with the direction the sector is evolving.

Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and CEO of Collette, said that joining WTTC provides an opportunity to contribute to industry discussions and help ensure that both traveller experience and destination communities remain part of future growth.
As a Global Member, Collette will participate in WTTC’s programmes, policy discussions, and research initiatives. The collaboration is expected to support efforts to strengthen long-term resilience and ensure the sector continues to deliver economic and social value for travellers, businesses and communities.
