Thomas Cook (India) Limited has announced the promotion of Deepti Sheth as President & Group Head – Human Resources.  

Deepti Sheth has been appointed as the new President & Group Head- Human Resources. She brings over two decades of experience, with extensive expertise in talent management, organisational development, building high-performing teams and culture building. 

Most recently, Deepti served as Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources at SOTC Travel Ltd, where she played a key role in aligning HR practices with business priorities by driving leadership development and building scalable talent capabilities.

In her new elevated role at Thomas Cook India, Deepti will oversee the Group HR function, driving the organisation’s people strategy with an emphasis on talent management, leadership development, and employee experience, while also supporting initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and digital transformation.

Her elevation marks a key milestone in her decade-long association with the Group, during which she has contributed to strengthening HR frameworks and aligning people practices with overall business objectives.

Deepti has also been the recipient of several industry recognitions, including HR Icon at the World HRD Congress 2026, CHRO of the Year 2025 and the T.A. Pai Young HR Leader Award 2023.
