The upcoming properties are strategically located in Goa, Bengaluru, Gujarat, and Hyderabad, aligning with EIH Limited’s plan to strengthen its presence in both leisure and business destinations. The developments include:

  • The Oberoi, Gir – A 20-key luxury wildlife retreat set within a 40-acre mango orchard near Gir National Park in Gujarat.

  • The Oberoi, Hyderabad – A 220-key luxury hotel located in Knowledge City, a key commercial hub in Hyderabad.

  • Trident, Nandi Hills – A 150-key hotel set in the scenic Nandi Hills region north of Bengaluru.

  • Trident, Fort Aguada – A 170-key property near the 17th-century Fort Aguada in Goa.

Development Outlook Through 2030

These additions are part of a broader pipeline of 25 projects scheduled for delivery by 2030. The pipeline includes 22 hotels and three luxury boats, with a mix of directly owned properties, joint ventures, and management contracts.

Of the planned developments, eight will be owned or co-invested in by EIH Limited, while 17—comprising 14 hotels and three luxury vessels—will be operated under management contracts. Geographically, the pipeline includes 16 projects in India and nine overseas in locations such as London, Egypt, Bhutan, Nepal, and Saudi Arabia. Once completed, 18 will operate under the Oberoi brand and seven under the Trident brand, adding a total of 2,033 rooms.
