APPOINTMENT
Boeing has announced the appointment of Alay Parikh as Director of Business Development- India, Defence, Space & Security.

In this role, Alay Parikh will oversee the company’s defence and services’ sale in India. His key responsibilities will include managing and retaining customer relationships, engaging with business partners and supporting all business development efforts.
Alay will be reporting to Randy Rotte, Senior Director, International Business Development, and succeeds Alain Garcia, who takes on a new assignment with Boeing in South Korea.

As we deepen our engagement in the region, his background and familiarity with our operations will play a critical role in advancing our priorities.”
Alay has been working for nearly two decades at Boeing, having held important leadership roles across the company’s global defence and supply chain operations. He previously led the BGS Programme Team for sustainment efforts in Singapore, overseeing support for the Apache, Chinook, and F-15 platforms.
Earlier, he also served as Strategy & New Business Manager within BDS supply chain, focusing on Asia and emerging markets, and driving strategic supplier engagement and offset programmes.

Alay holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in International Business from Rutgers University.
