The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced three new appointments in key leadership roles across its properties in Dharampur, Pune, and Ajmer.

Manpreet Singh – Appointed as General Manager, The Fern Surya Resort, Dharampur (Kasauli Hills)

Manpreet brings 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career with Taj Group of Hotels. Manpreet holds extensive expertise in Food & Beverage operations.

His professional journey includes leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands such as Sarovar Hotels, Mahindra Holidays etc. In his new role as General Manager, Manpreet is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s day-to-day operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving overall efficiency. His skill set spans  across pre-opening project management, revenue optimization, sales strategy and a guest-centric approach.

 

Hari Narayan – Appointed as Operations Manager, The Fern Habitat, Mundhwa, Pune

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Hari Narayan brings a strategic and people-focused approach to his role. His expertise spans hotel operations, team development and guest experience enhancement with a track record in both pre-opening and established property environments.

Prior to joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Hari held key roles with Imperativ Hospitality (Bloom Hotels) where he served as Hotel Manager overseeing pre-opening operations, guest satisfaction and team management. He also worked with The Paul Resorts & Hotels focusing on revenue management, guest relations and reservations.

In his current capacity as Operations Manager, Hari oversees pre-opening activities, managing day-to-day operations and driving recruitment, training, licensing and vendor coordination.

 

Pravind Singh Chauhan – Appointed as Operations Manager, The Royal Melange Beacon, Ajmer

Pravind holds over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Known for his guest-centric approach and strategic leadership, Pravind plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, optimizing budgets and ensuring the consistent achievement of gross operating profit (GOP) targets.

His professional journey includes tenures at properties such as The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, Delhi and Golden Tulip BDI Club & Suites, Bhiwadi.

As Operations Manager, Pravind focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
