TAT Receives Two PATA Gold Awards 2025

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) received two honours at the PATA Gold Awards 2025, held during the PATA Travel Mart at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok.

TAT was awarded in the Marketing category for Best Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign (Destination) for its “The Love Season” initiative, recognised for its digital communication approach to engaging audiences and promoting Thailand as a year-round destination.

The second award was for Best Travel Photography, with the image “The Hidden Romance of Sam Roi Yot” highlighting the natural and cultural appeal of Thailand.

The honours were received on behalf of TAT by  Nithee Seeprae, Deputy Governor for Marketing Communications.

He said “These awards are a testament to the creativity, dedication and innovation of the Tourism Authority of Thailand in promoting our nation’s tourism assets to the world. They reinforce our commitment to positioning Thailand as a global leader in meaningful travel, while inspiring travellers to discover both the well-known icons and hidden treasures of our country.”

Thailand’s presence at the event also included recognition for the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA), which received six awards. These included the PATA Grand Award for Sustainability and Social Responsibility for its project “Sustainable Cultural Heritage Preservation of the Ban Na Ton Chan Homestay Community Enterprise.” DASTA also earned Gold Awards in climate management, destination resilience, tourism for all, women’s empowerment, and youth development.

In total, Thailand received eight awards at the 2025 ceremony, reflecting the contributions of both TAT and DASTA in tourism promotion and sustainable development.
