Delta Adds New Boston Flights to Madrid and Nice
Delta Air Lines has launched two new nonstop routes from Boston, expanding its transatlantic network. Service to Madrid (MAD) began on May 16, followed by Nice (NCE) on May 17.
The Madrid route operates daily, while flights to Nice run three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Both are flown on the Airbus A330-900neo, which offers four cabin options, including Delta One.
With these additions, Delta now serves 12 European destinations from Boston. The airline has also expanded its service to Barcelona (daily since May 7) and Milan (four times a week since May 16), both of which were launched earlier in the season to meet travel demand better.
Over the past two decades, the airline has grown its Boston network to nearly 70 destinations worldwide, connecting the city to four continents through its own flights and those of its partner airlines.
The airline also continues its community engagement in Massachusetts, with more than 2,000 employees based in the state and partnerships with local organizations in education, sustainability, and community development. This includes a $1 million grant to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
