IHCL’s Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass Partners with Shangri-La Circle and MyMillennium
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced new marketing collaborations for its loyalty programme, Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass, with Shangri-La Circle of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and MyMillennium of Millennium Hotels & Resorts. These partnerships aim to extend travel and stay benefits to members at participating hotels worldwide.

Commenting on the collaborations, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, IHCL, said that the alliances bring together complementary loyalty ecosystems to offer members broader access and reciprocal benefits. He added that such collaborations support IHCL’s focus on creating long-term value for guests and partners through its global network.
Under the agreement, members of Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass, Shangri-La Circle and MyMillennium will be able to access participating hotels across each other’s portfolios. Reciprocal benefits include preferred rates and member privileges, enabled through authenticated journeys across the respective brand platforms.

Shangri-La Group operates hotels across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and Oceania, with a portfolio of more than 40,000 rooms across 78 destinations. Shangri-La Circle is a travel and lifestyle platform that offers members personalised experiences beyond traditional hotel stays.

Millennium Hotels & Resorts operates a global portfolio of hotels across primary business and leisure destinations. Its loyalty programme, MyMillennium, provides members with a range of benefits aligned with the brand’s international footprint.
IHCL’s Taj brand operates a diverse portfolio of city hotels, resorts, palaces, safari lodges, and serviced residences, with more than 130 hotels across 14 countries. Through the Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass programme and its expanding partnerships, IHCL continues to strengthen its global loyalty offering.
