Rinu Thomas Appointed as Learning & Development Manager at Surat Marriott Hotel

Surat Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Rinu Thomas as its Learning & Development Manager.

Rinu brings over eight years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in training, quality assurance, employee engagement, and talent development.
Prior to joining Surat Marriott, Rinu served as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotels & Residences, where he led learning, quality, and talent development initiatives.
Rinu has also worked with other renowned hospitality brands including The Leela Palace Bengaluru and Trident Bandra Kurla, Mumbai. He began his hospitality journey with the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.
In his new role, Rinu will lead the hotel’s Learning & Development initiatives, focusing on leadership capability building, associate engagement, service culture enhancement, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
