Varun Pandey Appointed as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur

Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur has announced the appointment of Varun Pandey as Hotel Manager, strengthening its leadership team as the property focuses on operational performance and guest experience.

Varun brings over a decade of hospitality experience across sales, marketing, revenue management, business development, and hotel operations. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, commercial performance, team leadership, and overall operational strategy at the hotel.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial strategy.

Varun also spent nearly four years as Director of Sales & Marketing at Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, leading sales and business development initiatives. Earlier, he was associated with Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, where he progressed through multiple roles including Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Sales, and Director of Sales.

Varun’s career also includes experience with Pullman Hotels & Resorts, further strengthening his exposure to international hospitality brands.

In his new role, Varun will focus on overseeing hotel operations while supporting service excellence, team development, and business performance.

The appointment reflects Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and enhancing its position within Jaipur’s hospitality market.
