Meet Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s New Marketing Ace

APPOINTMENT

Sofitel Mumbai BKC has appointed Tarana Lalchandani as the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Tarana most recently served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport. In this role, she developed comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with hotel sales and revenue objectives, engaged in strategic influencer partnerships to increase awareness about the property, and oversaw the development and execution of a dynamic social media strategy.

Before taking on this role, Tarana acquired valuable experience as a PR Executive at a respected communications agency. In this position, she handled media relations, influencer marketing, client servicing, and social media strategy for a diverse client portfolio. In 2019, she expanded her skills as a Marketing Executive at a luxury lifestyle brand, concentrating on social media management, branding, public relations activities, and event coordination.

At Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Tarana has extensive experience in lifestyle and luxury, creative thinking, and the ability to develop and execute the hotel’s marketing and communications strategies strategically.
