Shaza Hotels Signs MoUs for Four New Projects in Saudi Arabia at TOURISE 2025
Under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) in Saudi Arabia and the TOURISE 2025 initiative, Shaza Hotels has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for four new projects. These projects include the Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort, Mysk Residences Riyadh, and Mysk Al Haramain Hotels 3 and 4 in Makkah. The agreements were finalized during the inaugural TOURISE 2025 summit, held from November 11 to 13, 2025, in Riyadh.
These signings represent a significant step forward in Shaza Hotels’ ongoing expansion across the Kingdom, highlighting the brand’s alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to strengthen tourism and develop destinations. Additionally, Shaza announced a development pipeline valued at USD 950 million, which includes projects in the Maldives, Turkey, Kuwait, Indonesia, Iraq, the United States, Kenya, and Libya.
Shaza Hotels is collaborating with regional investment groups, including Al Rajhi Investments (Saudi Arabia), Adante Realty LLC (Oman), and FSM Hospitality Company (Saudi Arabia), to bring these new projects to fruition.
“We are pleased to be part of TOURISE 2025 for the signing of four new MoUs that reflect the diversity of Saudi Arabia’s hospitality landscape. Each project — Mysk Residences Riyadh, Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort, and Mysk Al Haramain Hotels 3 & 4 — has been developed to cater to distinct guest segments, from business and leisure travelers to long-stay residents and pilgrims,” said Mr. Simon Coombs, President and CEO of Shaza Hotels.
“Each of these developments has been strategically planned to leverage emerging tourism corridors and destination opportunities within the Kingdom. Together, these projects support our portfolio strategy across business, leisure, long-stay, and spiritual travel segments,” added Shaji Abu Salih, Vice President of Business Development & Growth, Shaza Hotels and Mysk by Shaza.
