Seibu Prince Hotels Marks Strategic Vietnam Entry with October 2025 Danang Launch
Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts is set to open the Prince Hotel Da Nang in Vietnam by October 2025, reinforcing its focus on international growth. This marks a notable move for the brand as it extends its footprint beyond Japan and into Southeast Asia.
The 164-room property boasts a minimalist design, with each room offering a private balcony that overlooks either the city or the coastline. Amenities include multiple dining options, including The Speakeasy rooftop bar with 360-degree views, an infinity rooftop pool, a gym, a spa, and flexible meeting spaces.


Strategically located near My Khe Beach, the hotel offers access to key cultural and tourist attractions, including the Son Tra Peninsula, Dragon Bridge, Marble Mountain, and the Ancient Town.
