Sayaji Hotel Pune Appoints Harish Kumar as Front Office Manager

Sayaji Hotel Pune has announced the appointment of Harish Kumar as Front Office Manager.

Harish Kumar brings more than 14 years of experience in hospitality operations, guest relations, and front office management. In his new role, he will oversee front office functions, guest engagement, and operational processes at the hotel, aligning with the property’s focus on efficiency and service delivery in Pune’s business travel market.

Prior to this, he was associated with Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi Delhi NCR as Assistant Front Office Manager, where he managed front office operations, room inventory planning, and guest interaction initiatives.

His professional experience includes roles with hospitality brands such as Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug, Wyndham Grand Regency Doha, InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, and ITC Kakatiya. Across these roles, he has worked on guest services, revenue coordination, team supervision, and front office administration.

A graduate of Osmania University with a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree, Kumar has also been recognised for academic performance during his studies. He is experienced in Opera PMS, OTA management systems, and guest feedback platforms.
