Farzi Café Seattle appoints Chef Pankaj Joshi as Sous Chef

Farzi Café Seattle has announced the appointment of Chef Pankaj Joshi as Sous Chef.
Chef Joshi brings experience in Indian cuisine, with exposure to luxury hospitality and international culinary operations. In his new role, he will support kitchen operations, menu development, team coordination, and guest dining experiences, while contributing to the restaurant’s contemporary approach to Indian cuisine.

Prior to this appointment, he worked as an Indian Cuisine Chef at Sanjh Creative Indian Restaurant & Bar, where he was involved in delivering regional Indian dishes and managing kitchen operations.
He has also been associated with The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi, where he served as Junior Sous Chef (Indian Cuisine) and earlier as Chef de Partie. During this period, he gained experience in banquet operations, high-volume kitchen environments, and Indian cuisine preparation.
His career includes roles at ANDAZ Delhi, Hotel Hans Plaza, Park Plaza Noida, and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Sahibabad.
