Fairfield by Marriott Agra Appoints Ashwani Nigam as Executive Chef and Bipin Prajapati as Assistant Financial Controller

Fairfield by Marriott Agra has announced the appointment of Ashwani Nigam as Executive Chef and Bipin Prajapati as Assistant Financial Controller, strengthening its leadership team across culinary and finance functions.

Ashwani Nigam- Executive Chef

Ashwani Nigam brings over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has previously worked with brands including The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Pendley Manor Hotel in the United Kingdom.

His experience spans culinary operations, menu development, and kitchen management. In his new role, he will lead the culinary team and oversee food and beverage offerings at the hotel.

Bipin Prajapati- Assistant Financial Controller

Bipin Prajapati joins as Assistant Financial Controller with experience in hospitality finance, including financial planning, compliance, and operational processes. In his role, he will support financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to overall business performance.

These appointments are part of Fairfield by Marriott Agra’s focus on strengthening key operational areas, including culinary and financial management, to support ongoing business performance and guest experience.
